(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based security camera systems.– Provide a phased program to replace and enhance its existing surveillance camera system with a modern, cloud–based solution that addresses the limitations of the current infrastructure.– To improve the quality, functionality, and security of video surveillance and audio capture within facilities and park areas.– Centralize camera system management: migrate selected city buildings and parks cameras into one cloud–based repository for streamlined monitoring, review, and downloading where possible.– System will be implemented on a phased approach and integrated with citywide surveillance, allowing centralized monitoring and proactive responses to security incidents, while ensuring compliance with current and future operational needs.– Ensure compliance replace legacy systems and ensure the new system adheres to modern cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.– Provide detailed information on the specifications of the proposed cameras and storage solutions.– Establish a scalable solution that meets current needs while allowing for future technological advancements and system expansion.– Cameras provide an option for People Analytics, including but not limited to upload of face to search for and alerts when detected, search by clothing color, crowd, or unusual activity.– Include software that has built–in security functionality to control user account access and an audit trail for all files accessed.– Provide camera fields of coverage of sufficient resolution and sensitivity to allow for recognition of individuals through facial features under normal weather conditions.– Provide real–time viewing of the operational status of the cameras and system.– Recording and storage should continue to operate even if monitoring software fails.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 03, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
