A vendor is sought to provide a cloud-based enterprise video security system utilizing a fully cloud-based SaaS solution. The site must be compatible with the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari browsers. The proposed system should function without modifications to existing county-owned computers, aside from necessary browser updates.
The system must support multiple levels of configurable security roles, allowing authorized users to assign individuals to role-based access groups. All changes within the system are required to be auditable for security and compliance. The scope includes implementing the new software and configuring existing cameras and settings within the new system.
The contract duration will be three years. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
