The organization seeks a vendor to deliver a cloud-based SaaS enterprise resource planning (ERP) system integration and implementation solution. The project encompasses financial administration, institutional budgeting, procurement and supply chain management, institutional operations, human resources/payroll administration, and student information system (SIS) management. System integration partners will support the implementation of a secure, scalable, and configurable SaaS ERP, focusing on intuitive user experience and workflow automation, all deployed on schedule and within budget according to best-practice higher education processes.

The initiative aims to reduce system complexity and risks associated with legacy platforms, strengthening security and regulatory compliance. By minimizing manual processes, redundant data entry, and reconciliation efforts, the solution is expected to streamline administrative tasks and improve service delivery. The project will include the development of an integrated master schedule detailing milestones, dependencies, test cycles, data migration phases, and integration build cycles. Furthermore, it will establish comprehensive strategies for data governance, data migration, and data mapping, specifying authoritative systems of record, ownership models, quality rules, and transformation specifications.
