The platform must be fully cloud-hosted on secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure, supporting high availability, immutable backups, air-gapped disaster recovery, and robust data protection via encryption at rest and in transit.

The solution must include comprehensive data migration, implementation support, customizations, integration, configuration, ongoing support, training, storage, and upgrade options. An intuitive, mobile-first self-service user interface is necessary, ensuring users with proper permissions can access the SIS securely from any location. The platform should also feature integration capabilities with existing systems and applications, facilitating two-way integrations with Canvas, Ellucian CRM, Paycom, Trim data systems, and API integrations with other third-party software. Role-based security, secure single sign-on options (such as M365 login or Ellucian Ethos), and protected access are essential requirements.
