(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based risk management information system. – Provide various Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) for the self–insurance program. – Providing, implementing, and supporting an RMIS for large–scale public–sector entities. – Identify a qualified supplier with a comprehensive, configurable, and cloud–based RIMS. – The solution shall collect, analyze, and manage risk–related data to support the evaluation and mitigation of business risks. – Enable storage and editing of claim notes, with rules–based assignment of adjusters, and support for employee disability claims processing. Enterprise portal collection to input incidents and claims for our departments and agencies. – Automate task routing, check printing, and subrogation and recovery tracking to streamline workflows. – Seamlessly integrate with financial institutions and systems, including Medicare Secondary Payer, Third Party Administrators, Verisk ClaimSearch, Oracle, EDI FROI/SROI Reporting via Mitchell's System, Tableau, and other relevant financial platforms. – Offer customizable, real–time reporting with capabilities for trend forecasting and job safety analysis. – Facilitate tracking of Certificates of Insurance (COI), maintain a digital document repository, Docusign enabled document approval and submission. – Provide a mobile app for claim adjusters, along with cloud–based infrastructure for data storage and backup. – Ensure data encryption, Workers' Compensation (WC) compliance, and audit readiness with checklists.
