The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud-based risk management information system. This system must offer robust features that support the agency’s operational responsibilities, including the ability to access system functions via mobile application, with offline usability. Key requirements include a configurable workflow engine suitable for multiple administrators and users, which allows for automation and management of processes based on pre-defined business rules.
The solution should feature a documented API to enable integration with external platforms, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, CGI Advantage Financial Management System (AFMS), and systems compatible with Oracle-based formats. It must also offer a user-friendly interface that supports customization and seamless integration with existing infrastructure, and be deployable either in a hosted cloud environment or on-premises. Additional capabilities required include claims lifecycle and documentation management, insurance documentation, automated alerts and notifications, contract administration, audit functionality, and a comprehensive suite of standardized and ad hoc reporting tools with export options such as Excel, CSV, and PDF.
The selected contractor will be responsible for all necessary data migration to ensure secure transfer and integrity of information into the hosted system. The web-based application must be compatible with Windows 11 and HTML5 standards. Furthermore, the contractor will handle the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all application software and related firmware.
