(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based risk management information system. – Provide various features that support the agency’s responsibilities, including the capability to access features via mobile app and offline. – The Software shall include a configurable workflow engine that allows use by multiple administrators and users and can outline, automate, and manage processes based on pre–defined rules. – The System shall also provide a robust, documented API for integrating with external systems, as well as have the potential for a pre–built or configurable integration with PeopleSoft, CGI Advantage Financial Management System (AFMS), and with external systems supporting formats compatible with Oracle–based systems. – Provide user–friendly interface that allows customization, ease of integration with current systems, and runs in a hosted cloud solution or an on–premises server configuration. – Claims lifecycle management – Claims documentation capabilities – Insurance documentation capabilities – Automation of alerts and notifications for tasks, key events, new incident reports, renewals, payment due dates, etc. – Contract administration capabilities – Audit functions – Data and reporting functions with ability for standardized, scheduled, and ad hoc reports and common export formats, like Excel, CSV, PDF – The Contractor shall provide all required data migration services to ensure that all data resides in the Contractor hosted system. – The application System shall be a web–based system compatible with Windows 11 and shall be able to support HTML 5. – The Contractor shall install, configure, and maintain all application software and firmware required by the System.
