– Vendor needs to provide cloud–based reservation and check in software. – Software will be a cloud–based hotel reservation system. – Hotel reservation system must incorporate live data when correcting room status by front desk, housekeepers, etc. – Hotel reservation system must be able to incorporate Acculock’s RFID keyless system into their software system. – ASI front desk PMS cloud software and support – cloud professional edition + Shift4 + device management. – Hotel reservation system must have a way to identify guests by organization. – Hotel reservation system must notify immediately if credit card declines. – System must have the capability to allow at least 5 users always logged into the reservation system. – ASI front deck cloud one–time set up fee and installation of equipment. – Software must support a 4–digit room format.
