A Wisconsin-based organization is seeking a vendor to provide a turnkey, cloud-based recreation software platform. The selected solution must offer a centralized system to support all aspects of recreation operations, accessible by both administrative and seasonal staff across multiple locations, as well as the general public through a modern, user-friendly online portal.
Key features required include support for campground reservations, ice arenas, shelters and reservable spaces, recreation programming, memberships, leagues, events, and comprehensive point-of-sale operations. The platform must enable intuitive online reservations, registrations, membership management, and POS transactions accessible from mobile devices. Integration with Stripe or equivalent industry-standard payment processing is mandatory, supporting Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap-to-Pay, and Buy Now/Pay Later services.
Additionally, the system must provide robust integration capabilities, including Single Sign-On functionality with existing Azure Active Directory, detailed audit trails, reporting tools, and administrative controls.
