Vendor needs to provide cloud–based recreation software. A complete, turnkey recreation software platform that can support our operations through a single, centralized system. The solution must be capable of supporting year–round use by administrative staff, seasonal staff working at multiple locations, and the general public through a modern, customer–friendly online portal. This includes campground reservations, ice arenas, shelters and reservable spaces, recreation programming, memberships, leagues, events, and point–of–sale operations. Implementation to be included in base pricing and itemized (project management, configuration, data migration, testing, go–live support). Platform must support Stripe or equivalent industry–standard payment processing, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap–to–Pay, and Buy Now/Pay Later services. Support intuitive and user–friendly online reservations, registrations, memberships, and point–of–sale transactions from customers’ phones. Must integrate with software and payment processors. Single Sign–On connecting to existing Azure Active Directory. System must provide audit trails, reporting, and administrative controls. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 06, 2026. The contract period will be for two years.
