The software must support multiple digital payment methods such as credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and ACH transfers. It should offer comprehensive administrative support for facilities, programs, classes, events, and related services. Essential features include inventory management, barcode/ticket creation and scanning, flexible pricing and discounts, account-linked transactions, automated inventory updates, analytics, and admissions processing.

Additionally, the platform is expected to enhance the customer experience, streamline internal workflows, and improve overall recreation service delivery.
