(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based public safety scheduling and time and attendance solution. – The system must support the unique operational needs of public safety departments, including law enforcement, fire, and EMS. – Installation instructions for all software components, including client computers, network servers, peripheral devices, instrumentation, databases and any other vendor supplied utilities or existing customer assets which are required for the software to be implemented and supported. – Describe the optimal architecture of the system including schematics showing where documents, databases, indexes, etc are stored. – Our standard platforms are VM Ware, SANs, Microsoft server operating systems and Microsoft SQL. – Integrate with existing Workday ERP system (API integration preferred). – Provide mobile and desktop access for scheduling and notifications. – Cloud–based with secure data storage and access controls. – Mobile–friendly interface compatible with iOS and Android. – Enable open shift offerings with role–based restrictions and approval workflows. – Track regular, overtime, sick, vacation, and compensatory time. – Role–based access for administrators, supervisors, and employees. – Single sign–on connecting to Microsoft Entra ID (SAML) – Ongoing support, training, and system updates included. – Provide audit trails and compliance tracking. – Offer dashboards for real–time insights into staffing and attendance.
