(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based public health preparedness and response information system.– Providing a public health preparedness and response program information system that will replace several current systems to create one cloud–based system, including software, hosting, disaster recovery, implementation, training and maintenance.– Volunteer registry and management a system for the registry, tracking, and deployment of volunteers for the fulfillment of the for strategic preparedness and response.– System for tracking inventory and local level, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), supplies, and equipment.– Patient tracking electronic system for the tracking and movement of triaged patients in the event of a mass casualty situation.– Bed availability tracking electronic system for tracking hospital and healthcare bed types available daily by facility as well as facility situational assessment data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
