(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based property management software.– Cloud–based property management software that will have the ability to assist the administration with a number of task categories, including, but not limited to the following: • Accounting • Leasing & Marketing • Product and Support • Property Management • Tenant Portal • Security (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
