The solution should support file sharing with version control and commenting functionalities, as well as workflow-triggered notifications and reminders to streamline communication and accountability. Customizable reporting must be available by project, team, or timeframe. Role-based access control and the capacity to assign permissions by project, team, or function are required. Additionally, compatibility with common productivity tools is essential for seamless integration with existing workflows.
