(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based process application development service. – Provide system hosting, application management support, software licensing and maintenance support, and software upgrade, migration, build services to the library’s business management platform environment. – The vendor–hosted platform on a cloud–based production environment, the current environment is AWS GovCloud, after implementation of any configuration changes. – The contractor shall assist in all security assessment and testing work as well as continuous monitoring.
