(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based prescription drug monitoring program system. • Vendor–hosted solution from an offeror that will meet the requirements to assist with the operation of the prescription drug monitoring system. • System must provide capability for the to dynamically set metrics. • Dashboard must contain a query compliance metric comparing the number of opioids and benzodiazepines prescribed or dispensed versus the number of queries done by the user or their Designees. • Prescriber comparisons within medical specialty peer groups. • Ability to select different medical specialty peer groups for comparisons. • Contain a –approved disclaimer that is easily visible to the user before they perform a query. • Must send the link/delink to the referential patient matching system. • Display a geocoded map of the patient record, including the location of the patient's home, location of the pharmacies, and location of the prescribers. • System shall have a section that displays the other states searched by the user and the response of each state searched. • Capability for prescribers to set the data range for viewing their prescribing history. • Must update the zip code table at intervals not to exceed 15 calendar days. • Capability for users to change their password without human intervention.
