(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based point of sale system. – Fully cloud–based Point of Sale (POS) solution that eliminates the need for on–site servers and provides comprehensive hardware and software functionality suitable for commercial restaurant operations and educational purposes. – Purpose–built for commercial restaurant use and capable of withstanding the operational demands of a restaurant environment. All software must maintain industry–standard security and reliability benchmarks. – Comprehensive POS software capable of managing all restaurant operations including order entry, payment processing, menu management and reporting. – Commission–free online ordering capability integrated with the core POS system. – Integrated customer loyalty program functionality. – Capability supporting order taking and payment processing during Wi–Fi outages. – System configuration and setup. – Data migration assistance as needed. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
