Vendor needs to provide cloud–based personnel security vetting and adjudication management system (PSVAMS) which encompasses installing necessary software components, configuring the system, and transitioning all legacy vetting data to the new platform.– Activities will involve data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure the completeness and integrity of the migrated information. A formal implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and contingency measures, will be submitted for Government review and approval.– The system must be deployable immediately with configuration–based workflows for adjudication, CV alerts, and reporting.– PSVAMS must accommodate onboarding, tracking, and case management for all Department employees, including federal staff, contractors, interns, volunteers, and seasonal workers.
