The Department in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Personnel Security Vetting and Adjudication Management System (PSVAMS). The selected vendor will be responsible for installing all necessary software components, configuring the system for immediate deployment, and migrating legacy vetting data to the new platform. Data migration efforts will include mapping, cleansing, transforming, and validating records to ensure data integrity and completeness.

The solution must support configurable, workflow-driven processes for adjudication, continuous vetting alerts, and robust reporting capabilities. In addition, the PSVAMS will facilitate onboarding, tracking, and comprehensive case management for a diverse set of users, including federal employees, contractors, interns, volunteers, and seasonal workers.

The vendor will be required to submit a formal implementation plan detailing project timelines, key milestones, and contingency measures for Government review and approval.
