The county is seeking a cloud-based pay equity software solution to support automated statistical analysis of compensation across a workforce with more than 700 job classifications. The selected platform is intended to replace manual spreadsheet-based processes with a secure, hosted, and user-friendly system that improves the county’s ability to assess and address pay equity.
The solution must provide multivariate statistical analysis tools, visual dashboards, customizable reporting, and actionable remediation options to support informed compensation decisions. It should enable both annual and ad hoc pay equity reviews, including analysis at the time of hire. Additional requirements include standardized reports identifying pay disparities and potential risk, regular system backups, disaster recovery protocols, annual system performance reviews, software updates, and opportunities for future enhancements.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026, and questions are due by May 28, 2026. The resulting contract is expected to run for three years.
