(1) Vendor needs to provide web and cloud–based parking management software.– Parking management solution that is capable of being integrated –preferably without customization with its preexisting infrastructure and supporting software applications, and allow for branding of the platform.– Manage waitlists for oversubscribed permit types, including automated notifications and offer workflows.– Deliver dashboard and ad–hoc reporting for permits, citations, revenue, enforcement, and compliance.– Develop training modules and user support mechanisms with live support and hands–on training with software specialists.– Integrate with university–approved payment platforms for point–of–sale and online payments.– Provide dashboard and ad–hoc reporting for citation activity.– Integrate with GIS data for location tracking and enforcement.– Provide mobile enforcement software compatible with university platforms.– Import and export data to university systems (e.g., student information system, financial system).– Support multiple payment methods, batch payment imports, and customer payment plans.– Accept and process citation payments, billing, and exportation to third–party collections.– Integrate with boot and tow services and enforce university policies.– Support for permit inventory, fulfilment, payment, billing, and revenue reporting.– Enable permit holders to update vehicle registration information.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
