The state of Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to replace its existing cloud-based parking access and revenue control system. The new solution should be modern, fully integrated, and designed to enhance access control, revenue management, customer service, and operational transparency across the state's parking facilities.

The desired system must provide advanced features such as automated validations, departmental chargeback reporting, and real-time dashboards for occupancy and revenue tracking. The vendor should support both cash and credit transactions with robust audit controls, as well as enable prepaid and event parking configurations and mobile prepayment functionality. Integration with surveillance systems for enhanced security and event response is also required. Additionally, the system must collect all parking revenues and transfer funds daily to the county’s designated bank account, offering complete transaction-level reporting.

Data related to access and credentials should be accessible for integration and migration planning purposes. The contract for these services will span five years.
