(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based outpatient pharmacy shipment tracking system. – Provide a shipping, tracking and monitoring platform for Outpatient Pharmacy’s package shipments for both ambient and refrigerated packages. – Must provide system implementation and use of software initial training. – System must provide full visibility to in–transit packages. – Provide unlimited account support twenty–four/seven (24/7). – Solution must include criteria for when a shipment should be held, the ability to trace each shipment after it leaves the facility and the ability to provide notification to patient and/or pharmacy if shipments will be delayed. – Solution must have the ability to identify packages as either not timely delivered or as having a high likelihood of not being timely delivered within 30 minutes or less (“distressed package”). – Provide proof of delivery (POD) on a web–based user interface that allows Upstate to retrieve POD information using the carrier’s and courier’s package ID or order number. – Must securely store POD data and allow Upstate access to the data for up to ten (10) years. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2026.
