A consulting opportunity is available in New York for an independent expert to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the state's implementation and adoption of Oracle's cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The consultant will perform an in-depth assessment of project management, adoption practices, and overall implementation of Oracle’s cloud ERP platform. Demonstrated experience evaluating Oracle solutions is required, including a thorough understanding of the software, either directly or in partnership with third-party providers. The consultant should also have expertise in IT project management, information systems security, systems architecture, and business continuity to carry out an unbiased third-party audit of the Oracle ERP implementation.

The engagement includes a pre-bid conference scheduled for January 9, 2026, and prospective consultants are required to submit any questions by January 7, 2026.
