(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based online registration system.– Allows communication with other software systems.– Provides security auditing tools.– All training to be provided by proponent.– Commitment to ongoing solution improvements and enhancements to meet needs.– Ability to create custom reports– Ability to take attendance in each class on multiple devices and browsers).– Ability for parents to set up student profiles.– Allows parents to register for school programs that children are age eligible to attend.– Admin user can easily view which programs and days have available space.– Ability to place or remove families from the waitlist and for specific days.– Ability to email tax receipts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
