(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based online proctoring software. – Online proctoring software that will be utilized by faculty to ensure academic integrity of testing environments. – Online proctoring software that balances exam security with test–taker privacy. – Provide tools to support diverse learning needs, including screen readers, closed captions, alternative formats, and keyboard navigation. – Accuracy rate of 95% or higher for AI flags, including cheating detection, and environment controls. – Ability to proctor exams in Canvas and third–party publisher tools. – Safeguard browser. – Browser whitelisting. – Detection for multiple screens. – Ability to customize settings at the student level to add accommodations. – Continuous (24/7) administrative access for faculty access and deployment. – Access to ongoing support and resources for operational guidance and troubleshooting as needed. – Offers accessibility features including screen reader compatibility, text–to–speech, and dark mode. – Provide a detailed implementation plan outlining all major phases, activities, milestones, and responsible parties. – The plan must include a proposed timeline with estimated start and completion dates for each phase of the implementation.
