There should be an option for future purchase of enterprise-wide tracking of professional certifications, live-skill evaluations, licenses, and continuing education. The platform needs to support test and live-skill evaluations, scoring, testing, and grading along with the ability to create unlimited customizable DORs and live-skill evaluation forms. The solution must be a secure, cloud-native platform hosted on AWS, with support for Azure SSO or other SAML 2.0 identity providers. Additional features include a customizable bulletin board for posting policies, documents, and reminders; automated alerts for expirations and renewals for related certifications; the ability to upload, assign, and track progress for custom training activities; dashboards or reports to compare current users against other current or past users; and dashboards or reports to show all real-time progress of users accessible based on permissions.
