Vendor needs to provide cloud–based media and market intelligence platform. – Provide cloud–based platform solution that provides media monitoring and market/consumer intelligence services. – Provide a media monitoring dashboard that enables agency staff to perform tasks related to proactive monitoring, research, analysis, information–sharing, and reporting on topics, issues and audiences related to the agency. – Provide a media database to search for relevant reporters and outlets that is current, accurate and comprehensive. – Provide tools to develop, use and save customized media lists including keyword suggestions. – Provide artificial intelligence or similar capabilities that enable specific routine or other tasks related to media monitoring and consumer/market research, including analysis and insights generation, to be completed more efficiently and effectively compared to manual work. • Post–go–live support, including tracking and resolution of issues/problems in accordance with the Service Level Addendum; • On–site end–user, administrator and technical training; • Training agency users and providing user–friendly training materials with visuals; • Ongoing maintenance and support.
