(1) Vendor needs to provide matter management system, implementation and ongoing support services.– Implement a cloud–based, comprehensive, modern MMS that leverages modern design, cloud, and SaaS technology, scales with the demands of each office, enables additional self–service and automation capabilities, reduces manual effort while maintaining administrative control of key functions, provides robust data management and reporting capabilities– Create an intuitive, modern user interface that reduces training time, increases user adoption, and improves staff productivity across all participating offices.– Offer powerful, user–friendly reporting and analytics capabilities that provide real–time insights into case metrics, performance indicators, and operational trends to support data–driven decision–making– Provide robust document management capabilities including version control, secure storage, easy retrieval, and possible integration with the State Bar's existing document repositories and Office 365 environment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
