(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based live event ticketing software platform. – Provide a comprehensive live event ticketing software platform to support the sale, distribution, and management of tickets for on–campus and off–campus events. – The system must deliver a modern, secure, and scalable solution that improves the customer experience, streamlines operations. – Provide a comprehensive, secure, and flexible ticket sales and distribution system that supports a wide range of event types, venues, and audiences. – The system shall accommodate online, mobile, and in–person sales while ensuring ease of use for patrons and administrators. – Public–facing web–based ticket sales via desktop and mobile browsers. – Mobile–optimized purchasing experience without requiring a dedicated application. – On–site box office and Point–Of–Sale (POS) transactions. – General admission and reserved seating tickets. – Tiered pricing structures and discounts. – Student, staff, senior, and promotional pricing categories. – 1D and 2D barcode scanning via mobile devices or dedicated hardware. – Ticket scanning via mobile devices or dedicated hardware. – Real–time validation to prevent duplicate entry. – Offline scanning capability with post–event synchronization. – Configurable refund and exchange policies by event or department. – Ability to process partial and full refunds in conjunction with or separate from ticket or item cancellations or exchanges. – Role–based permissions for back–end system access, configuration and ticket creation, pricing, and overrides. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on February 12, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
