(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based license plate recognition system installation and maintenance services. – Install, configure, and maintain a cloud–based License Plate Recognition (LPR) system. – System will replace the existing physical sticker program and must provide accurate, reliable, and automated validation of vehicles entering the facility. – Real–time or near real–time validation against the town’s permit database. – System must be integrated seamlessly with the town’s current fulfillment platform. – LPR system must prevent stale or outdated permit data, and the proposer shall specify the minimum achievable synchronization frequency. – Software must provide comprehensive and user–friendly reporting tools. – Remote access capability for authorized town staff. – Searchable, plate–by–plate history log for administrative review. – Configurable vehicle hotlist for assisting law enforcement or staff in monitoring stolen vehicles or vehicles of concern. – Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly vehicle entry counts. – Ability to export data to CSV, Excel, or equivalent standard formats. (2) The contract period will be for three years.
