(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based license plate recognition system.– Provide hardware, software, and services for the implementation and operation of a Mobile LPR system for City parking enforcement, including the following requirements.– LPR system should monitor time limits, permit status, pay–by–plate valid parking sessions, pay–by–text, and mobile payments in real–time, along with the various hotlists/databases– LPR system shall simultaneously monitor for all types of parking restrictions for the currently selected zone, including multiple types of license plate–based parking payments/permits– Provide secure cloud–based hosting and support for all functions, ensuring availability through the Internet for all devices, including desktop and mobile computers phones, tablets, and other wireless devices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2025.
