Vendor needs to provide cloud–based lease and subscription–based information technology arrangement management system.– Ability to prorate annual lease payments, generate an amortization schedule based on the maximum non–cancelable term, and calculate accurate NPV based on the provided discount rate.– The software shall be capable of managing payment schedules, amortization schedules, required journal entries, and disclosure reporting to comply with GASB 87 and GASB 96 once contract details, such as lease terms, initial measurements, escalations, renewals, terminations, and modifications, are entered.– Advanced search and filtering capabilities across all data fields.– Bulk data import/export supporting Excel, CSV formats.– Version control with date/time stamps and user attribution.– OCR (optical character recognition) capability for scanned documents.– Secure document sharing with role–based access controls.– Lease receivables and deferred inflows.– Short–term vs. Long–term classification reports.– Payment history and future payment table, including escalation.– Be browser–based (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari – current versions).(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 03, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
