The client is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services for the purchase and implementation of a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS). The vendor will be responsible for configuring and deploying the selected LMS product in accordance with a mutually agreed upon implementation plan. The scope of work includes completing the design, configuration, limited data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

The selected vendor’s software suite must include standard software materials as well as detailed user documentation. A comprehensive test plan covering unit, system, volume and stress, and security must be provided. This plan should outline the proposed approach, processes, tools, acceptance criteria, and sign-off procedures at each stage of testing.

Additionally, the vendor must provide a structured training plan specifying user levels, training duration, content, and prerequisites. Project management responsibilities will include developing and managing the project timeline and goals, confirming and assigning roles and responsibilities, establishing a clear communication plan, and ensuring issue identification and escalation procedures are in place.
