This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based learning management system (LMS) for virtual schools in Tennessee. The LMS will serve as the primary digital platform for instruction, communication, assessment, and learning management for students, teachers, administrators, and families in grades PreK-12. The system must support in-person, blended, virtual, credit recovery, alternative, and emergency remote learning environments, as well as offer a platform for professional development for district employees.

The proposed solution must be fully hosted in the cloud and include implementation services, thorough training, integration support with existing district student information systems and instructional technology tools, and ongoing technical assistance. The LMS will function as the central hub for all learning environments within the district. The initial contract is for one year, and vendors are required to submit questions by March 11, 2026.
