The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS), including comprehensive training, implementation, installation, ongoing support, maintenance, and third-party licensing services. The LMS must facilitate the scheduling, delivery, and tracking of user training, as well as support the creation of online training and onboarding/offboarding pathways at both department and organizational levels.
The system should allow for the organization and sharing of department-specific policies and procedures, enable information sharing among staff, and serve as a central repository for knowledge management to document processes and procedures throughout the organization. The LMS will facilitate tracking, attendance reporting, and data analytics, serving as the backbone for project planning and milestone approval, and must also be compatible with Survey Monkey.
Additionally, the system is expected to provide tools for managing learning paths, maintaining a course inventory, generating both standard and custom reports on user performance and engagement, and supporting comprehensive documentation including user manuals, architecture diagrams, integration and API guides, and a knowledge base with FAQs and best practices. The selected vendor will enter into a five-year contract.
