Vendor needs to provide cloud–based learning management system. A cloud–based learning management system (LMS) is at the core of the K–12 teaching and learning ecosystem. Tools for teachers to develop and manage courses, track assignments, create rubrics, make learning accessible, provide reporting and data analysis functionality. The solution should provide a user–friendly interface, integrate with other relevant systems, and offer a customizable dashboard to monitor and analyze various aspects of learner performance by generating graphs, performing calculations, and tracking Key Progress Indicators. It should offer custom themes that allow adding custom colours, fonts, icons, styles, etc. The system must provide a centralized place to add, store, update, and track all learning/content materials, handbooks, or technical documentation. It should allow adding, editing, or removing announcements with a user–friendly editor that can include hyperlinks, video, images, embedded content, etc. All questions must be submitted no later than Feb 24, 2026.
