(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based learning management system.– The Learning Management System (LMS) must deliver a comprehensive platform for online and in–person learning, event management, certification tracking, and compliance reporting.– Design, configure, implement and support a cloud–based Learning Management System that supports compliant e–learning, classroom–based training, event management, and certification tracking.– Provide administrative, analytic, and compliance capabilities.– Deliver a System Requirements Specification (SRS) and Gap Analysis Report.– Develop a Project Plan outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.– Conduct a data readiness assessment to identify migration needs and dependencies.– Develop and test custom fields, workflows, learning tracks, and dashboards.– Integrate with Azure Active Directory (SSO), Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.– Conduct data migration (including records for existing students, and course content) testing and validate data accuracy.– Provide access to relevant systems, documentation, and data sources.
