(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based laboratory information management system. • Allow entry of sample batches for various sample types. • Create sample batches with parameters unique to the batch. • Barcodes with custom definable information shall be able to be printed. • Implement electronic approval on the final report at the whole sample batch level. • System administrators will have access to add and modify screens and dashboard configurations. • System administrators will have access to customize report layouts and content based upon available fields, including calculated fields • Ability to create, modify, and delete a batch based upon sample type • Ability to assign analysis protocols to each batch • Systems administrators can define user access groups with specific data access permissions • Application supports Single Sign–On (SSO). • Migrate data from the existing LIMS to the new LIMS
