(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based IT management and enterprise management assessment, roadmap and platform implementation solution. • Provide a comprehensive IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution that includes both professional consulting services and a technology platform • Supply a cloud–based ITSM/ESM platform that supports ITIL v4 processes and enterprise workflows. • Provide testing and go–live support. • Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management • Knowledge Management and Self–Service Portal • Service Catalogue and Workflow Automation • Future–state process designs, workflows, and knowledge management framework. • Documented Service Management framework and governance model. • Develop multi–year roadmap with milestones for IT and enterprise adoption. • Organizational change management plan and training recommendations. • Document the current ITSM tool(s), supporting technologies, and integration points. • Assess reporting, automation, and scalability as a foundation for a broader Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution • Assess organizational design, governance bodies (e.g., Steering Committees), and stakeholder readiness for change. Identify cultural or organizational change management needs to support an enterprise adoption of service management practices (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Feb 13, 2026.
