(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based IT asset management solution.– IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) system, including Incident management, service management, problem management, change management, release management, asset management, service level agreements, knowledge management, and reporting.– Problem dashboard showing current status of down services.– Cloud–based system with no local servers.– Problem unique tracking separate from incidents.– Automation time triggered.– Agent custom ticket views.– Customer service call tracking.– Ticket log of activities.– Release detailed scheduling of activities.– Asset assignment to users.– Dashboard administrator customizable.– Customer service satisfaction reporting.– Data export ad–hoc and scheduled.– Customer service satisfaction reporting.– User website shopping experience.– Supported browsers: google chrome, microsoft edge, safari.– Implementation ability of vendor to provide a complete and quick transition from current platform (fresh service) including historical data transfer.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
