(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based inventory management system.– Inventory management system must provide tracking inventory supply and stock items shipped to program providers.– Inventory management system must have the ability to pull data reports for multiple areas of information needed for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for grant deliverables, funding, and supply projections. – inventory management system must be an all–in–one online platform that manages order Processing and fulfillment of HIV/STI and Hepatitis C program supplies offered to program providers, including program tracking and the ability to pull data reports.– The program provider interface and program administrator interface shall both receive notifications of orders to general email, inventory additions, inventory tracking, warehouse number assignments, an inventory discrepancy section, supply item recall notifications, adding new contractor sites, the ability to track the MOU process for each program provider, data migration for reports and assignment of administrators. – The inventory management system must provide program provider site–specific options of what supplies can be requested per their MOU/contract/agreement. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on January 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for two years.
