The state of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud-based inventory management system for its HIV/STI and Hepatitis C program supplies. The system must enable efficient tracking of inventory supply, management of stock items shipped to various program providers, and seamless processing and fulfillment of orders. It should function as an all-in-one online platform for inventory oversight and reporting.

Key requirements include the ability to generate data reports across multiple information areas to support monthly, quarterly, and annual grant deliverables, funding, and supply projections. The system must incorporate features such as notifications to both program providers and administrators regarding orders, inventory additions, tracking, warehouse assignments, discrepancies, supply recalls, and the onboarding of new contractor sites. Additionally, it must support tracking of the MOU process for each provider, data migration for historical and current reports, assignment of administrators, and allow program provider sites to request supplies based on their specific agreements.

The contract for this project is planned for a two-year period. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 12, 2026.
