This platform will replace the existing form-based waste management process, delivering a scalable software solution that meets current operational demands while supporting future technological growth and evolving business needs.

The solution must facilitate the development of disposal instructions, the management of chemical inventories, and the barcoding of products for location tracking, while supporting regulatory reporting such as annual chemical inventories. Key requirements include customizable dashboards, forms, and notifications tailored to operational terminology and site-specific needs; streamlined workflow design; and the migration of historical data from paper and legacy electronic forms. The platform should offer an intuitive container request interface accessible from desktops and a variety of mobile devices.

Additional functionalities include configurable approval workflows with timestamped records, robust container and inventory management, automation of workflows for handling, storage, packaging, and disposal, as well as mobile-friendly inspection forms with photo capture and voice-to-text input. Integration with SQL Server for both inbound and outbound updates, along with comprehensive regulatory reporting and recordkeeping, are also required.
