(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based integrated time and scheduling management solution.– Improve employee access and time management by implementing an automated system.– Create a comprehensive work plan that is logical in its sequence of events, including appropriate review time and sufficient detail for review.– Time and scheduling solution system must be available to end users twenty–four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days week.– Provide an easy to use, automated access through remote availability and device–driven technologies to schedule and capture time.– Provide visibility and reporting of scheduling, and time information for employees and managers to review.– Include a real–time, online interface with the state’s Systems Applications and Products (SAP) HR and payroll system.– Be capable of combining time and effort tracking, FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) system.– Solution must integrate with the state’s SAP® Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.– Automatically generate user–defined and event–triggered notifications to employees and managers. Also, provide push notifications to those users using a mobile device.– Modern Cloud platform, providing real–time information access using public APIs.– Ability to configure a special workflow approval routing for any time and scheduling system data adjustments.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
