A qualified vendor is sought to deliver a cloud-based integrated geospatial intelligence enterprise architecture solution. The contractor will be responsible for the development, modernization, maintenance, and creation of software solutions, utilizing standard DevSecOps procedures. Virtualization solutions should be leveraged to ensure standardized operating system platforms for all required software deployments.

The scope also includes installation, security, configuration, integration, documentation, operation, and management of geospatial software suites such as Geoserver, ArcGIS Enterprise, PostgreSQL, and other tools necessary to support Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Additionally, the vendor will provide comprehensive helpdesk support to users of the geospatial enterprise architecture, including 24/7 analyst support throughout the year. The contractor is expected to establish and maintain secure operating system installations, including Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments.
