Vendor needs to provide cloud–based infrastructure inspection and asset management tool. • Provide and implement an off–the–shelf SaaS inspection platform for asset (Bridges, Tunnels, Maintenance facilities, garages etc.) inspection and lifecycle management. • Cloud–based, GIS–centric Integration with existing ESRI ArcGIS mapping software. • Provide a centralized platform to capture, store, and manage inspection data. • Enable secure, role–based access for multiple stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements. • Support scalability for future asset classes and inspection programs. • Mobile Device: Ability to submit inspections and view inspection history on a mobile device such as a tablet, laptop, and phone. • Inspection Data Capture/Draft Reports: Ability for inspectors to electronically log bridge and tunnel inspection data offline, with the corresponding form. • Inspection Approval Workflows: Ability for automatic notifications to be generated once the inspection is ready to be reviewed/edited by the next party. • GIS Overlay: Ability for a GIS overlay to display a real–time view of asset conditions and health in a location–based context. • GIS Work Orders: Ability to have a GIS view of where work orders have been performed/will be performed. • Cloud based GIS System: Have the capability to integrate with a cloud–based, GIS–enabled asset management system scalable for growing needs.
