(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based improving real time passenger information solution.– Provide a system solution that enhances the data completeness and quality of existing real–time passenger information to improve customer experience for passengers using fixed route bus, rail, and ferry services.– Provide an organization chart describing the project staff structure and how it relates to the overall organization.– The methods for monitoring service level agreement (SLAs) performance and the availability of tools or dashboards for monitoring SLAs.– A secure cloud–based Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) turnkey system with an expected operational availability of twenty–four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.– Include real–time detour information using Trip–Modifications in GTFS–RT, allowing for display of detour shapes and any temporary stops on maps in real time.– Provide tools to monitor live operations (real–time fleet visibility) including the capability to identify and act on service deviations by creating service adjustments to authorized.– Collect real–time service information for recreating playback and provide an analysis of historical service performance data to improve schedules.– Provide read and write Application Programming Interfaces (API) to access real–time and historical information.– Generate accurate, resilient, and disruption aware real–time arrival predictions.– Provide secure APIs for information exchange with other systems.– Include a live dashboard to monitor operations and service in real time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on January 26, 2026.
