Jaunt in Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to implement and maintain a cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The objective is to modernize and streamline core HR functions including payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, performance management, and comprehensive reporting. The solution should serve as the primary system of record for all employee information, with features to support onboarding workflow management, talent management, learning and development, and organizational management.

The vendor will be responsible for delivering a unified HRIS platform capable of automating and streamlining HR workflows. The scope includes migrating current employee, payroll, and benefits data to the new system, ensuring seamless integration with financial management and timekeeping systems, and conducting thorough training for HR, payroll, and IT staff. A dedicated project manager is expected to coordinate closely with Jaunt’s HR and IT leads, ensuring a successful deployment. The contract period is set for two years.
