A Massachusetts-based organization is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a cloud-based system for human resource information, learning management, and payroll processing. The selected platform must fully support the entire human resources lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
Key requirements include benefits administration, immigration status tracking, employee surveys and feedback, leave management, talent and application tracking, recordkeeping functions for both general and medical files, performance and compensation management, and a comprehensive learning management platform.
