The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based hosted telephony system that will unify users on a single platform featuring modern communication capabilities. This new solution is intended to replace the current Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), telesystem hosted services, and Centrex lines presently supporting operations.
The proposed cloud telephony system will serve as the central hub, headend, and primary data center within the organization's wide-area network (WAN).
