The Interagency Council on Homelessness is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Homeless Data Integration System (HDIS) designed to support its mission in reducing the prevalence and duration of homelessness. The HDIS will collect data from state-administered homelessness programs and facilitate reporting of program data back to relevant departments. This integrated system is essential for generating insights into population characteristics and identifying patterns among individuals accessing homeless services.
The HDIS platform utilizes industry-leading tools, including GitHub for version control, JIRA for project management and issue tracking, and Informatica for scalable data integration, quality, governance, and master data management. It also incorporates Snowflake, a managed cloud-based platform for data warehousing, analytics, and data management, along with Tableau Enterprise to deliver interactive dashboards and business intelligence.
Vendors must demonstrate experience with cloud-based data integration and advanced analytics platforms, support for real-time processing, and seamless integration of multi-source data to enable actionable insights across the state's homelessness programs.
Best-fit vendors:
• Proven experience with cloud-based data integration systems
• Expertise with Informatica, Snowflake, and Tableau platforms
• Demonstrated success in large-scale public sector data projects
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and project management (JIRA) tools
• Ability to manage data governance, real-time processing, and advanced analytics
