A provider is sought for a cloud-based software solution to replace the existing Health and Safety Incident and Disability Claims Management system. The platform should enable supervisor workplace incident reporting with preconfigured and customizable fields, category lookup tables, and preferably a mobile app for reporting by supervisor users. It should manage nonoccupational disability claims and medical accommodations, supporting the ability to save notes and claims management activities.
The software must generate preconfigured reports and graphs for monitoring incidents and claim trends, import historic claims data and active/open claims, and optimize reporting workflows. Accuracy and completion of internal and external reporting are required, along with improved data analysis and reporting to guide decisions on injury prevention and resource allocation. The solution is expected to facilitate data-driven audience engagement through strong metrics and customizable reporting, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate evolving technical and content requirements.
The contract period will be three years. Vendors must submit questions by March 20, 2026.
Best-fit vendors:
• Proven expertise in cloud-based incident and claims management software
• Experience with health and safety systems for large organizations
• Capability to deliver customized reporting and mobile app features
• Familiarity with Canadian compliance and data privacy standards
• Track record of supporting system migration and data integration
